When will I receive my order?
Our items are made-to-order, delivery times vary by product:
- Apparel & Headwear: Approximately 3 weeks for production.
- Jewelry & Accessories: Approximately 6 weeks for production.
Note on order with multiple items: If your order contains items with different lead times, the entire order will ship together once the final item is ready. Shipping typically takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Unfortunately, an order cannot be changed or canceled once it has been placed.
Customs Duty and Taxes
Orders are shipped from Hong Kong. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by your country's customs office. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival.
Returns
All Sales Are Final. Due to the limited nature and made-to-order process of our merchandise, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or a solution.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We offer competitive international rates to ensure your made-to-order pieces arrive safely.
